Ambassador: Re-opening of joint borders will benefit People of two countries

 Khartoum,  (SUNA) - The South Sudan State Ambassador to Sudan, Myan Dot has revealed that the joint committees between the two countries will meet during the coming period after the formation the government of his country

The Ambassador addressing a symposium organized, Thursday, at Martyr Al-Zubair Hall by Bahri University on future relations between Sudan and South Sudan State has affirmed his country's commitment to pay its arrears concerning the oil transit fees, referring to the deterioration of oil production because of the war .
He said the re-opening of the joint borders will benefit the people of the two countries, stressing the necessity for reorganization of customs and taxes procedures .
On the Zero Zone, the South Sudan diplomat has indicated that the issue was settled by the withdrawal of the forces of the two countries five kilometres inside their borders
