President Debbi of Chard arrived in Khartoum, received by President Bashir

Khartoum,  (SUNA) - President Idris Debbi of chad arrived in Khartoum evening Tuesday on a state visit to the country. He was received at the airport by President Omar Bashir and senior government officials, diplomats accredited to the Sudan as well as huge crowds of Chadian community in Khartoum.

The state minister at the ministry of foreign affairs, Kamal eddin Ismail, has pointed out in press statement that the visit comes within the context of he developed relations between the two countries and

the leaderships of the two countries.

He said the two presidents will hold talks on bilateral, trade and economic relations between the two countries as well as the use of Sudanese ports for import of Chadian commodities and goods via the Sudan.

He said the sides will also talk about the situation in Libya and in south Sudan and also about the Sudanese Chadian security cooperation along the borderlines.

He said president Bashir has commended the chad stands beside the Sudan in the international forums and that the president has congratulated President Debbi on the occasion of his re-election as president of the republic of chad.
